Payment is required in full (except Government agencies requiring a
purchase order) to register and be eligible for the early registration
fees. ShoWorks will assign exhibit space.
Registration CostEarly Bird: $147.00 per person by October 06, 2017
Standard Registration: $177.00 per person through November 03, 2017
Late Registration: $227.00 per person after November 03, 2017
Registration includes access to the e-Guide for 6 months after the event, admission to all educational sessions, networking opportunities within the trade fair, continental breakfast and lunch and the opportunity for scheduled meetings with purchasing agencies and prime contractors. Payment must be made in full (excluding government agencies) to be eligible for the early rates.
Tabletop Exhibit Fee: $495 Govt $395 Includes a 6 foot covered table, two chairs, 2 attendee registrations, 2 lunch tickets, Pre-Scheduled MatchMaking Meetings, access to the online eGuide. *Price increases by $100 after October 6th.

Cancellations, if received in writing, will be accepted until October 06, 2017, with a full refund minus 30% handling fee. No refunds will be granted
after October 06, 2017. NO CANCELLATIONS FOR WEATHER RELATED ISSUES. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
