Several Ways to Register!

  1. Secure Online Registration - ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. You may now register on site at the Bally's Atlantic City beginning at 7:00 a.m. on March 28, 2017.
  2. Download and print this form and fax or mail it to ShoWorks Inc.
  3. Call ShoWorks, Inc. at 509-838-8755

Payment is required in full (except Government agencies requiring a purchase order) to register and be eligible for the early registration fees. ShoWorks will assign exhibit space.

Registration Cost

Early Bird: $165.00 per person by February 10, 2017
Standard Registration: $195.00 per person through March 24, 2017
Late Registration: $250.00 per person after March 24, 2017


Registration includes access to the e-Guide for 6 months after the event, admission to all educational sessions, networking opportunities within the trade fair, continental breakfast and lunch and the opportunity for scheduled meetings with purchasing agencies and prime contractors. Payment must be made in full (excluding government agencies) to be eligible for the early rates.

Exhibitor Fee

Government and Non-Profit Agencies: $450
Businesses/Corporate: $650

Fee includes an 8 foot wide x 6 foot deep booth space and 8' high back drape, one 6 foot covered table, two chairs, 2 luncheon tickets, an identification sign, admission to all sessions for booth personnel and access to the online e-Guide. Registration also includes MatchMaking Meetings. Electrical and charges are an additional fee. MatchMaking Tables do not include lunch. Lunches may be purchased for $25.


Can't Attend but would like access to the Participant list?

Give us a call and we will provide access. The fee is $99 and you have access to the e-Guide up to 6 months after the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations, if received in writing, will be accepted until February 10, 2017, with a full refund minus 30% handling fee. No refunds will be granted after February 10, 2017. NO CANCELLATIONS FOR WEATHER RELATED ISSUES. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
