Sponsorship Levels

ShoWorks events provide the opportunity to showcase your company to a specifically targeted audience. We offer a variety of sponsorship options that include showcasing in all events or in individual events.

Platinum/Alliance Title Partner – $25,000

Benefits for a 12 month period beginning at time of signing agreement.

• The event will be marketed as “ShoWorks and Your Company bring you Alliance Small Business Procurement Fairs.”
• One focused e-mail direct marketing campaign targeting sponsor's sub-contracting requirements - for two Alliance events of your choice
• Company Logo on Sponsorship banners for each event
• Company Logo on allianceforbiz.com sponsorship web page for each event
• Two exhibit booths provided at each Alliance event (includes electricity)
• Company Logo and contact person in the event Show Guide
• Full Page Advertisement in each event digital Show Guide
• Company Logo in newspaper advertising for one event of your choice
• Present a Scholarship Certificate to one small business of your choice at each event
• Your company representative is presented with the "Certificate of Partnership" during the luncheon
• Invite six additional guests to the Alliance lunch (plus the two lunch tickets with the booth)
• Bag Inserts: Promote your company by including your printed gifts or materials in the registration bags at two Alliance fairs
• Electronic Billboard Ad showing periodically throughout each event
• Be in the Spotlight by showing a five minute video produced by you at each opening ceremony The event will be marketed as “ShoWorks and Your Company bring you Alliance Small Business Procurement Fairs.
• Lanyards with your Company Logo printed on them at each event

Gold Partner -- $12,000

Benefits for a 12-month period beginning at time of signing agreement.

• One exhibit booth is provided at each Alliance event (includes electricity)
• Company Banner/logo on each event website
• Company Logo on the Alliance Website event sponsorship page
• Company Logo and contact person in the event Show Guide
• Half Page Advertisement in each event digital Show Guide
• Company Logo in newspaper advertising for one event of your choice
• Listed as a Gold Partner on all event signage
• Present a Scholarship Certificate to one small business of your choice at each event
• Your company representative is presented with the "Certificate of Partnership" during the luncheon
• Invite four additional guests to the Alliance lunch (plus the two lunch tickets with the booth)

Silver Partner -- $5,000 per event

• Two exhibit booths in the event (includes electricity)

• Full Page Advertisement in the event Show Guide
• e-spotlite ad for the event
• Be listed as a "Silver Sponsor" on all event signage
• Company logo in all newspaper advertising for the event
• Company logo in Show Guide on the sponsor page and next to listing in "Exhibitors"
• Promote your company by including your printed gifts and materials in the registration bags at the event
• "Certificate of Partnership" presented to company representative during Opening Remarks
• Two minute welcome by company representative during Opening Remarks
• 3 additional lunch tickets (plus the 4 included with the double booth)
• Electronic Billboard Ad showing periodically throughout the event

Bronze Partner -- $3500 per event

• One exhibit booth in the event
• Company Banner or logo on Alliance event website
• Company Name and Logo on Alliance event website "Sponsor" page
• Company Name and Contact person listed in the event Show Guide
• Half Page Advertisement in the event Show Guide
• Listed as "sponsor" on all event signage
• Scholarship certificate for one small business of your choice to Alliance event
• "Certificate of Partnership" presented to company representative at Opening Remarks
• 3 additional lunch tickets (plus the two included with the booth)
• Electronic Billboard Ad showing periodically throughout the event

Full Breakfast Partner -- $3000 per event (1 per event)

• Company name and logo on signage on all breakfast tables.
• Company name and description (same as an exhibitor) in the Exhibitor Directory
• Placement of company literature on each breakfast table.
• 5 minute presentation during Opening Remarks.
• One complimentary booth..

Supporting Partner -- $1500 per event

• One exhibit booth in the event
• Company Name and Logo on Alliance event "Sponsor" website page
• Company Name and Contact person listed in the event Show Guide
• Business Card Advertisement in the next Show Guide
• Listed as "sponsor" on all event signage
• Introduced during "Opening Remarks" as Supporting Partner
• Logo on the Electronic Billboard advertising throughout the event

Workshop Sponsor -- $1500 per event, per workshop

• One exhibit booth in the event
• Company Logo on all material relating to that workshop
• One Business Card ad in the Program Guide
• Company representative will be moderator of the Workshop

Show Bag Sponsor -- $1000 (plastic) $2500 (canvas)

• Company logo on plastic or canvas literature bags distributed at the event
• One Business Card ad in the Program Guide
• Recognition during Opening Remarks

Break Sponsor -- $1000 (two per show)

• Company name and logo on signage by food tables
• Company name and description (same as an exhibitor) in the Exhibitor Directory
• Placement of company literature on "Sponsor Table" near food (limited space, and shared with other sponsors. No one from the company will be allowed to stand near the table and distribute material.

Lanyard Sponsor -- $1500 per event or $5000 for all 2008 events (6-8 events planned)

• Company name and logo on lanyards provided for all participant badges.
• Company name and description (same as an exhibitor) in the Exhibitor Directory
• Placement of company literature on "Sponsor Table" near food (limited space, and shared with other sponsors. No one from the company will be allowed to stand near the table and distribute material.

Badge Sponsor -- $500 (one per show)

• Full color company logo or message on back of all badgees.
