The 7th annual Alliance Baltimore Small Business Procurement Fair is moving to the Marriott BWI Airport. ShoWorks Inc, the organizers of these MatchMaking events all over the country, know that regional small businesses will profit by meeting with the 40 plus agencies and prime contractors in attendance. Friday, November 2, 2012 includes the Trade Show, MatchMaking Meetings, Continental Breakfast, and presentations. Please note that lunch is NOT included with any registration fees. You are welcome to bring your own or take advantage of the hotel luncheon buffet for $15.50.

Early Bird: $150.00 per person through October 5.
Standard Registration: $175.00 per person through October 26
Late Registration: $205.00 per person after October 26.
Tabletop Exhibit Fee: $400, Includes a 6’ covered table, two chairs, 2 Attendee registrations, Pre-Scheduled MatchMaking Meetings, access to the ON-LINE directory.

What is the format for the day?


Keep in mind -- THIS IS A TOOL IN THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS. DO NOT EXPECT TO WIN A CONTRACT ON-SITE. Ask pertinent questions and find out what that agency or contractor is looking for and what you need to do to qualify.

The MatchMaking area will be located in the center of the Exhibit Hall with exhibits around the perimeter.

  • MATCHMAKING MEETINGS: Pre-Registered Attendees and Small Business exhibitors will be able to schedule their own meetings with prime contractors and government agencies shortly after registering.
  • TRADE SHOW: Because of space restrictions, a limited number of TableTop Exhibit spaces are available for this event.
  • PRESENTATIONS: A series of workshops will be on-going throughout the day detailing success strategies for doing business with the government.
