Scott Armey
US General Services Administration Scott Armey was appointed Regional Administrator of the General Services Administration's Greater Southwest Region on June 5, 2002.
Since December 2000, Armey served as a Denton County Judge, where he was the presiding officer of the Commissioners Court and Chief Executive Officer of County Government. From 1992 to 2000, he served as Denton County Commissioner in Precinct 3.
Armey graduated from the University of North Texas in 1990 with a degree in business administration.
Scott Armey and his wife, Carisa, reside in Denton, TX. They have one son.

Zaida Basora
City of Dallas Zaida Basora is a registered architect with over 20 years of experience in design, construction and contracting. She holds a master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico. She has been with the City of Dallas for the past 10 years and until recently; managed the Design and Construction Division of the Department of Equipment and Building Services where she was responsible for planning and executing programs related to the maintenance and renovation of the city's facility inventory of approximately 750 buildings. She helped implement an Electric Energy Procurement Program in 2001, the LEED green building program in 2003, negotiated the City's first energy services contract in December of 2003, and participated in the Environmental Advisory Task Force that led to the implementation of the Building Inspection expedited review process for LEED and Energy Star private developments in 2004. In October of 2004, she was appointed Assistant Director and Purchasing Agent for the Department of Business Development and Procurement. As the City's Purchasing Agent, she is currently implementing an Environmentally Preferred Procurement Program.
Ms. Basora represents the City of Dallas as the President of the D/FW Electric Consumer Coalition and as a member of the Antron Sustainability Advisory Council. She was elected to the USGBC Board of Directors in 2004 and is currently a member of the Government committee and chair of the international Committee. On March 3, 2004, Zaida was awarded a Special Recognition by the Dallas City Council for her contributions to the City of Dallas.

Tomi W. Bryan, PH.D., J.D.
FedLinx, Inc Dr. Tomi W. Bryan is President and General Counsel of FedLinx, Inc., a government market support services company located in Greensboro, North Carolina. She received her B.A., Cum Laude, in Political Science from North Carolina State University, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Ph.D. in Management with a Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change from Walden University.
Dr. Bryan has been a practicing attorney since 1989. Her previous work experience includes holding positions as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for a Federal Government contractor in the communications and security industries. She has also worked as a compliance consultant in the legal field.
Dr. Bryan regularly presents programs on the federal government market and GSA compliance for businesses and trade associations, having delivered presentations for NCMA World Congress 2006, Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the Greensboro Merchants Association, AFCEA and ASIS.
Dr. Bryan is the author of Systems Thinking Applied to Crisis Management: The Eleven Allegories as an Analysis Tool (2005), Staying Power: Work-Life Balance Initiatives for Retaining Young Lawyers (2005) and How to Keep the GSA Money Your Company Makes: Compliance, Best Practices and Other Useful Tools (2006).

Robert Cox
Tarrant County Purchasing Robert Cox has over 21 years of purchasing experience. Fourteen of those in the public sector. He has been with Tarrant County since 1994 and holds the position of Senior contracts Administrator. Mr. Cox and his staff are responsible for contracting for professional services for Information Technology, Community Supervision and Corrections, Juvenile Services, Public Health Department as well as other service departments within Tarrant County. Mr. Cox has chaired numerous committees with local and national purchasing organizations.

Linda Eadie
US Army Corps of Engineers District, Ft Worth Linda Eadie has been employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division since February 1983. She has held numerous positions from Procurement Clerk, Purchasing Agent, to current Contract Specialist. Ms. Eadie currently works on Supply/Service type contracts, with a primarily emphasis on Architect-Engineer Contracts.
Ms. Eadie has a Bachelor's Degree in Business management from Northwood University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Management from columbia College.
Outside of work, Ms. Eadie's interest revolves around her family. She is very involved in various activities with her son, Dalton. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, Weatherford, Texas.

Buddy Garcia
State of Texas As Texas' 105th Secretary of State, Roger Williams is committed to bringing the highest level of customer service tohis new clientele - the people of Texas.
After growing up in Fort Worth, Williams became a star baseball player for Texas Christian University and went on to play professional ball with the Atlanta Brave's organization. He returned to Texas to coach TCU's baseball team before embarking on a career in business and public affairs. Secretary Williams joined his father in a family automobile dealership founded in 1939, and turned it into one of the leading dealerships in America.
He is a trustee of TCU and the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M. Williams was appointed by Governor Perry to the Texas Motor Vehicle Board and by Lt. Governor Ratliff to the Special Committee on State Employee Compensation and Benefits. As Secretary of State, Williams serves as Chief Election Officer for Texas, assisting county election officals and ensuring the uniform application and interpretation of election laws through the state. Secretary Williams is currently overseeing the state's efforts to comply with the federal Help America Vote Act. Williams is helping Texas lead the nation in addressing the most sweeping changes in federal election law in the past forty years.
Secretary Williams is also aggressively working with Governor Perry to promote economic development, investment and job creation in Texas. Governor Perry has made econmomic development a priority for his administration and Secretary Williams is joining the effort to bring new businesses to Texas and keep businesses in Texas. As a businessman, Secretary Williams understands that new businesses in Texas mean new opportunities for Texans.
As the Chief Liaison for Texas Border and Mexican Affairs, Secretary Williams is working on behalf of the Governor and his administration. In this capacity the Secretary works wih Mexican federal, state and local officals on issues affecting Texas, Mexico and the border region.
Williams and his wife, Patty, live in Weatherford and have two daughters attending TCU.

Ted Maddry
Texas Building & Procurement Commission Ted Maddry is the Manager of Procurement Operations and Customer Service with the Texas Building and Procurement Commission. He oversees statewide procurement, open markets, bid services, the Sate Travel Management Program, the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) and Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV), Texas Multiple Award Schedule Program (TXMAS), the Cooperative Purchasing Program, and the Vendor Performance system.
He joined the Texas Building and Procurement Commission on July 1, 1999 as a Purchaser, responsible for food and food service equipment procurement for State Agencies and qualified ordering entities.
He is a native of Homer, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University majoring in Geology and later attended the Univeristy of Tampa and received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1970.
Mr. Maddrey attended Auburn University and received a Master of Public Administration Degree in 1975. He served as a Logistics Exchange Program Officer in the Army Office, Australian Army, Canberra, ACT, 1976 - 1978.
Mr. Maddrey atteded and graduated from various military logistics executive management schools, the Defense Material Acquisition Management (Project Manager) Institute, the US Air Force command and Staff College, and the Army War college, Class of 1984.

Brenda McCall
US General Services Administration Brenda McCall has been with the federal government for 2 years. She is currently a Contracting Specialist for GSA's Federal supply Service in Fort Worth, Texas, assigned the following products within Schedule 84: Law Enforcement and Security Equipment. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In 1999 he subsequently accepted a position in PBS. He is a Lead Contract Specialist, and program Manager of the energy Procurement Program. He has over 21 years of legal practice experience and contacting experience. He has extensive real estate title experience, environmental, natural resources, energy, water rights, litigation, and construction law, contracting experience. He also has extensive commercial and business law experience.

Patricia Rockwell
US General Services Administration - IT Center Trish Rockwell is a Business Managenent Specialist with the Information Technology Acquisition Center, General Services Administration, responsible for assisting companies to obtain a GSA contract and help them develop a viable marketing strategy. She also provides assistance to Federal agencies with their use of the GSA schedule contracts, traveling extensively across the United States participating in Small Business Matchmaking Events to partner larger businesses looking for smaller business to help with ongoing contracts. Also, Ms. Rockwell's efforts have helped improve the government's social and economic goals and set-aside programs for small businesses. Ms. Rockwell has been with the GSA 26 years.

Henry Vinson
Henry Vinson, Inc Henry is president of Henry Vinson, Inc. His company provides full government contracting service to small and medium businesses.
He has several years U.S. Government Contracting experience in supplies, services, and construction. He possessed an unlimited Contracting Officer’s Warrant with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). He served as Chief of the Construction & Equipment Division that is responsible for all major construction and major equipment acquisition worldwide. This division purchased over $300,000,000 annually.
He also has 18 years cumulative retail experience in the management of large retail stores (PX/BX) for military forces.

His wife Millie is a Small Business owner and his daughter Whitney is Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Richland College in Dallas, Texas. His son-in-law Robert is Manager of Marketing for the Dallas TeleCollege. His grand daughter Maddie is a 2023 SMU graduate and his Grandson Zach is a 2027 SMU Graduate.

Ronald D. Wesson
Dun & Bradstreet Ron is a twenty-eight year veteran of Dun & Bradstreet. He began his career as a Business Analyst in D&B's Raleigh, NC, district office where he progressed through reporting positions to Senior Business Analyst responsibilities.
From 1980-1996, Ron held assignments of increasing responsibility within D&B that included Divisional Operations Manager of the Atlanta, GA district, District Manager of D&B's Washington, D.C. bureau and Assistant Vice President of D&B's Severe Risk Group, Bethlehem, PA.
Ron has been called on to give expert testimony before congressional sub-committees concerning commercial credit investigations and has contributed to numerous articles on commercial fraud detection, appearing in: Collections & Credit Risk, What's Working in Credit & Collections, Small Business Weekly, Forbes Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Minority Enterprise Advocate and D&B Reports.
Ron was tapped to head D&B's Supplier Diversity & Socio-Economic Business Solutions Group as Senior Vice President in January of 1997. The aspiration of that group is to become the most trusted source of supplier diversity and socio-economic insight in the marketplace.
Ron is the recipient of numerous business and community awards. In 1998, Ron was named one of the 100 Most Influential business executives in the state of New Jersey in the category of economic development by City News. In that same year, he received the Business Women Leadership Foundation's, Business Leadership Award and was recognized by Kutztown University for his support of cultural diversity in higher education. In February of 1999, Ron received the National Federation of Black Women Business Owner's, Man of the Year Award and in June of 1999 Ron was D&B's first recipient of the Jackie Robinson Foundation Award. In June 2004, Ron was presented the Fifty Influential Minorities in Business Award by the Minority Business & Professional Network, Inc. He also serves as a founding member of the NAACP's Chairman's Leadership Group and is a member of the Appropriations Committee of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Ron also sits on the Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency, Public/Private Policy Committee. In 1999, Ron was the recipient of D&B's Leadership Award and the 1999 Best of the Best Award (the company's highest performance award).
Ron is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC, with degrees in Philosophy and Business.
