- Secure Online Registration - ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. You may now register on site at the Arlington Convention Center beginning at 7:00 a.m. on June 26, 2008.
- Download and print this form and fax or mail it to ShoWorks Inc.
- Call ShoWorks, Inc. at 509-838-8755
Payment is required in full (except Government agencies requiring a
purchase order) to register and be eligible for the early registration
fees. ShoWorks will assign exhibit space.
Registration CostEarly Bird: $140.00 per person by June 02, 2008 Standard Registration: $165.00 per person through June 21, 2008 On-Site Registration: $195.00 per person after June 21, 2008Registration includes the directory, admission to all educational sessions, networking opportunities within the trade fair, continental breakfast and lunch and the opportunity for scheduled meetings with purchasing agencies and prime contractors. Payment must be made in full (excluding government agencies) to be eligible for the early rates. Exhibitor FeeGovernment and Non-Profit Agencies: $350
Businesses/Corporate: $525
Fee includes a 8' x 10' booth space and 8' high back drape, 3' side drape, one 6' x 24' covered table, two chairs, 2 luncheon tickets, a 7' x 44' identification sign, admission to all sessions for booth personnel and a copy of the Directory and a complete list of all participants. It also includes MatchMaking Meetings. Early registrants schedule first. Electrical and phone line charges are additional. MatchMaking Tables and Resource Tables are complimentary and include up to 2 lunches.
Cancellations
Cancellations, if received in writing, will be accepted until June 02, 2008, with a full refund minus 30% handling fee. No refunds will be granted
after June 02, 2008. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
