Matchmaking Meetings - Alliance 2010
Attendees that have registered for MATCHMAKING (fee $30) will have access to the pre-scheduling process. If you choose to add that after registration, please call ShoWorks Inc at 509-838-8755. Before you schedule your meetings: Read the section for each MatchMaking Host
especially Looking for. If they indicate that they are NOT interested in your type of business, please honor that. ShoWorks Inc. reserves the right to alter or change your schedule based on MatchMaker needs and requests.>
TO SCHEDULE YOUR MATCHMAKING MEETINGS, You will be asked for your Email and password (chosen during registration.) Scheduling will begin in March, closer to the event. You will then be sent a web site link with directions to pre-schedule a certain number of meetings. A copy of your schedule will be available on-site as well.
The following list includes the federal and state agencies and prime contractors that plan to participate in scheduled meetings during the conference.
The meetings will take place in the center of the Exhibit Hall in a designated area from 9:00-11:00 and 1:30-3:30. Procedure Remember -- THIS IS A
TOOL IN THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS. DO NOT EXPECT TO WIN A CONTRACT ON-SITE or OFF_SITE.- Be on time to the meetings! Someone will replace you within 3 minutes if you are not there!
