Booths
Booth Fee: $525, Government/Non-Profit Booths $350 Includes a 10’ deep x 10’ wide booth space and 8’ high back drape, 3’ side drape. It also includes one 6’ x 24” covered table, two chairs, 2 Luncheon tickets, 8-10 Pre-Scheduled MatchMaking Meetings, 7” x 44” identification sign, 2 attendee registrations, a copy of the exhibitor directory and electronic listing of all participants after the event.
Furniture and Carpeting
Furniture not included with your booth and other extras may be ordered from the decorator. Forms will be available closer to the event.Note: The floors are not carpeted so you may be interested in ordering it for your booth.
Move In
Move-in is Wednesday, June 25th from 2-6pm or Thursday, June 26 from 6-7:30am.
Electricity
IS NOT INCLUDED with your booth. Forms will be available closer to the event.
Telephone and Internet Service
Phone and internet lines may be ordered for your booth. All orders for these services should be sent to the Convention Center (not the decorator). Forms will be available closer to the event.
